Effective October 1, Glänzel will be responsible for Qvest Media’s technology projects and development in the MENA region at management level.
Qvest Media, an international systems architect and consultant in the ICT, broadcast, and media industry, has appointed Philipp Glänzel as General Manager and CTO at its Dubai location.
Glänzel will focus on managing all technology-relevant matters and thereby further expand Qvest Media’s strong market position in the MENA region.
Glänzel has been appointed to the management team of Qvest Media alongside General Manager and CSO Ahmad Al Kayal.
Effective October 1, Glänzel will be responsible for Qvest Media’s technology projects and development in the MENA region at management level. Ahmad Al Kayal will continue to lead the company’s sales activities as a long-standing manager.
During his career as consultant, project owner and principal at Qvest Media, Glänzel has already played a key role in numerous major projects for clients in Germany, such as the new construction of the SWR in Stuttgart or the modernization of the NDR, and was responsible for the infrastructure projects for Asharq, IMS and Al Jazeera in the Arab region.
