The acquisition will help Qvest expand its range of services in software development.
Qvest Media has announced the acquisition of digital agency dimensional GmbH. “Our corporate development has extended beyond the broadcast and media industry to any kind of digital environment and the sustainable implementation of digital transformation processes through individual software solutions,” commented Peter Nöthen, CEO Qvest Media Group. “With the acquisition HMS, a manufacturer of software products, we have laid the first cornerstone for the expansion of our core competencies in software development in 2018. We are very pleased that we can pursue this path consistently and drive it forward together with dimensional,” says Nöthen.
Dimensional specialises in the consulting and development of communication concepts, service offerings and UX design of digital solutions, as well as tailor-made software products. For this reason, we are very much looking forward to supporting the Qvest Media Group’s activities in the area of software solutions with our experienced team,” Schnitzler continued.
