Dubai-based distributor and systems integrator Qvest Media will exclusively distribute IPTV solutions for Teracue AG in the Middle East.
The high-end IPTV solutions of the Germany-based manufacturer enable encoding, decoding, transcoding, DVB-to-IP and high quality SD/HD streaming across LAN and Internet networks. Software applications for technology administration and management complete the Teracue product range.
Teracues solutions are used in particular in the fields of live video transmission, such as for training and e-learning, and in tele-medicine, video monitoring, corporate television and digital signage.
Speaking about the new partnership, Mohamad Othman, Product Sales Specialist at Qvest Media, said: Teracue represents the addition of another innovative solutions manufacturer to our portfolio and a chance to expand our range of offers even further. We have used some of Teracues products with various installations in the past including the Al Jazeera Training Centre in Doha, Qatar. They proved to work very well during operation, which made the decision to further this cooperation an easy one.
Othman will be responsible for the sales of Teracue solutions at Qvest Media. Teracue will be at the Qvest Media booth at CABSAT.
