Veteran Egyptian journalist and media figure Emad Eldin Adeeb will host a new eponymously titled talk show on Sky News Arabia, the channel announced today. The Emad Eldin Adeeb show will air once a week featuring prominent personalities, politicians, and decision-makers.
Bringing nearly 50 years of experience in the pan-Arab media landscape to his new role, Adeeb will share his insightful commentary on significant events and wider trends in the region. He is recognised as a pioneer of the interactive Arabic talk show format, hosting the first in the early 1990s. Known for his characteristic calmness, the journalist will bring back the simple interview format where the dialogue with his guests is the product itself. The Emad Eldin Adeeb show will help viewers gain greater understanding of the political world in the Middle East.
Adeeb will work closely with Sky News Arabia’s team to deliver a roster of guest exclusives, keeping audiences in anticipation of the thought-provoking conversations.
