One of Riyadh’s growing attractions, the drive-in cinema is allowing visitors to enjoy a safe experience while maintaining social distancing.
The first drive-in cinema in the Saudi capital, Riyadh has resumed business with all necessary precautions in place, according to Arab News.
Officially launched in January 2021, the reopening of Muvi’s drive-in theatres last Tuesday (March 23) resumed with the launch of the Flash of Riyadh initiative in collaboration with the Tarfat Ein Company, organised by the Riyadh Municipality.
In addition to mobile trucks, Muvi also enables viewers to purchase snacks and beverages through its cinema app. All food and beverages are to be consumed only in cars, as per regulations from the Ministry of Health.
