The Shorts category of RSIFF showcases inspiring stories from the new wave of young talent and filmmakers rising in the Kingdom.
The Red Sea International Film Festival (RSIFF) has shared this year’s lineup of films participating in the ‘New Saudi, New Cinema’ (Shorts) category, on social media platform X. The twenty selected films will be screened at the 4th edition of the festival running from December 5 to 14, 2024. The Shorts category of RSIFF showcases inspiring stories from the new wave of young talent and filmmakers rising in the Kingdom. The 2024 nominees include Abrar Qari’s Where’s the Imam?, Hanaa Saleh Alfassi’s When the shelves hymn, Underground by Abdulrahman Sandokji, Pavlov’s Bells by Khalid Fahad and A Mosquito by Reem AlMohandes and Dana AlMohandes.
