Dubai-based satellite television channel, Al Dafrah, has implemented a new software release, Etere 32, from media asset management and channel-in-a-box software solutions provider Etere.
Al Dafrah has been using the Etere Ecosystem since 2014. The new software update helps the channel amplify system performance, interoperability, and reliability.
As part of a free software release, the new features of Etere 32 will be available to users on a support contract.
The features support full compatibility with Windows 11; the creation of individual and customisable desktops; Android apps and remote control for smartphones; introduction of Snap groups; AI-powered widgets; and enhanced web GUI.
The update also features a new integrated graphics inserter for Etere Nunzio Newsroom that enables content distributors to insert graphics overlay without any external graphics editor.
