Bahrain Network (BNET) has appointed Sheikh Ebrahim bin Mohamed Al Khalifa as its new chief operating officer (COO).
Ebrahim is an engineer with more than 14 years of experience in information systems, customer care systems, business processes, and consultancy.
On behalf of BNET’s executive management, CEO Ahmed Jaber Aldoseri welcomed the new COO. BNETs executive members expressed their excitement to working alongside the new COO to ensure achieving BNETs strategic goals.
Speaking about his appointment, Ebrahim Al Khalifa said: I would like to express my gratitude and appreciation to BNETs board of directors and management for their confidence and I look forward to working closely with BNET’s executive members and employees to achieve further success in the company.
Formerly a part of Bahrains Telecommunication Company (Batelco), BNET separated from Batelco and was launched in October 2019, becoming the sole developer for fibre infrastructure in Bahrain.
