Ericsson has announced the appointment of Majda Lahlou Kassi as the Vice President and Head of Ericsson West Africa and Morocco, effective from January 1, 2024. With a career spanning close to 25 years within the Ericsson family, Majda is set to assume a pivotal role in steering the strategic direction and operational excellence of Ericsson’s business in this region.
Bringing a wealth of experience, Majda has spent over two decades holding various senior leadership positions, showcasing her expertise in technology, sales, strategy, operations, and customer project delivery. Her comprehensive understanding of telecoms and Information Technology positions her as a valuable asset to lead Ericsson’s charge in providing cutting-edge technologies to advance connectivity and societies in West Africa.
Previously serving as the Head of Networks Solutions, Majda led a team dedicated to driving network evolutions across 13 countries in Ericsson West Africa and Morocco.
