At IBC2019, EshailSat is showcasing Eshail-1, Eshail-2 and a wide range of services to be delivered through its new state of the art teleport. Eshail-1 and Eshail-2 are currently transmitting high quality, premium DTH television content from the 25.5°/26° E hotspot.
Eshail-2, a new high-performance satellite with sophisticated anti-jamming capabilities located at 26° East hotspot position for TV broadcasting, adds to the companys ability to provide high quality, premium DTH television content across the Middle East and North Africa.
EshailSats new teleport which became commercially operational in Q1 of 2019, provides customers with secure and independent satellite transmission. The facility supports satellite TT&C and capacity management together with a wide range of services such as uplink, downlink, multiplexing, encoding, playout and other value-added services. The high-tech teleport will also provide back-up studios for TV channels and serve as a disaster recovery facility for customers.
