The MoU will involve cooperation on the peaceful use of outer space between KACST and ISRO
The King Abdulaziz City for Science and Technology (KACST) and Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding for space cooperation. The implementation of the space cooperation has been assigned to Saudi Space Commission (SSC), according to a report in Asharq Al-Awsat.
SSC Chairman Prince Sultan bin Salman and ISRO Director Kailasavadivoo Sivan held a virtual conference last month to discuss the MoU further. At the conference, both parties discussed their partnership in research, science, expert training, technology, and cooperation in space exploration missions.
