STC Group has announced a strategic collaboration with Cohere, a global leader in secure enterprise AI, to drive AI transformation in the Middle East and beyond. The partnership aims to enhance STCs AI-driven operations, improve customer engagement and unlock new digital growth opportunities through advanced AI solutions.
Under this collaboration, STC will integrate Coheres cutting-edge AI technology into its Gen AI initiative, focusing on key innovations such as STCs AI-powered language model and the Digital Co-Workers Foundry. These initiatives are designed to streamline business operations and enhance the digital experience for customers.
A key component of this partnership is the development of North for Telecom, a customised version of Coheres AI-powered North platform, tailored to the telecommunications sector. This secure AI workspace will provide intelligent automation, real-time data insights, and improved conversational experiences for STCs operations. Additionally, the Digital Co-Workers Foundry will introduce AI-driven virtual assistants aimed at boosting productivity and optimising workflows.
