The Saudi Pro League (SPL) has announced TikTok as its official ‘Digital Partner’ for the 2024-25 season. TikTok aims to enhance the digital experience for football fans both regionally and globally through this collaboration.
As part of the partnership, TikTok will launch an SPL Exclusive Hub, providing fans with a central space to access content from the league’s clubs and partners. This immersive platform will offer fans closer connections to their favourite teams and players, utilising TikTok’s creative and interactive features to redefine sports entertainment.
TikTok will feature exclusive SPL content, including behind-the-scenes footage, player interviews and other unique insights into the league. This will bring engagement to Roshn Saudi League (RSL) matches, giving fans a deeper connection to the action.
Additionally, TikTok creators will have exclusive access to experiences like training sessions, match days, and interactions with top players. These opportunities will inspire creative storytelling that resonates with a global audience, further enhancing fan engagement through innovative football content.
With over 44.2m likes and 2.5m followers, the SPL’s TikTok presence has become a key digital hub for fans. The partnership will also introduce the always-on hashtag, #SaudiLeague, to boost the SPL’s digital reach, offering a mix of sports and creativity.
TikTok will support the partnership with significant media activity and dedicated content promotion, helping to position the SPL as a major player in digital innovation within sports marketing.
