The entertainment complex will have an area of 135 thousand square meters, and will feature a variety of themed restaurants, retail stores and quality entertainment.
The Saudi Entertainment Ventures Company (Seven) has announced the launch of the second family-friendly entertainment destination in Riyadh after announcing the first project in December 2018.
Situated on the intersection of Salah Ad Din Al Ayyubi street and Al Nahda in Riyadh, the entertainment complex will have an area of 135 thousand square meters, and will feature a variety of themed restaurants, retail stores and quality entertainment.
Speaking about their plans, Abdullah Al Dawoud, Chairman of Seven said: The development of our entertainment destinations will expand across the Kingdom to all regions and boast a diverse line up of exciting entertainment.
Bill Ernest, CEO of Seven added: The site was strategically chosen for several reasons, including its proximity to the Riyadh Metro due to open in 2021, and to service the large population in that area.
Delivering the keynote speech at Middle East and North Africa Leisure & Attractions Council (MENALAC) Leisure, Entertainment and Attractions Conference 2019 in Dubai, Ernest told delegates that Seven is one of the first companies in the region to embrace recently announced government investment plans totaling $64 billion to develop its entertainment industry over the next decade.
