Sharjah Media Corporation (SMC) is set to unveil its special Ramadan bouquet of programmes to be broadcast on its three main channels; Sharjah TV, Sharjah Radio and Sharjah Sports Channel, during a special ceremony to be held on June 12, 2013 (Shaban 3, 1434 Hijri), at Al Jawaher Reception and Convention Centre (JRCC) in the presence of His Excellency Sheikh Sultan Bin Ahmed Al Qassimi, Chairman of Sharjah Media Corporation, renowned journalists, media professionals and dignitaries. The Ramadan programming schedule includes a comprehensive list of interactive, religious, social and recreational programmes, as well as Gulf and Arab dramas and quiz shows that aim to promote the message of the holy month of Ramadan.
The new Ramadan program package reflects SMCs vision of developing a meaningful media product that upholds Islamic principles and refrains from everything that is contrary to the spirituality and uniqueness of Ramadan.
