Dubai Parks and Resorts LLC has announced an agreement with Sony Pictures Consumer Products and International Merchandising, Promotion and Services (IMPS) to set up Sony Pictures Studio and Smurfs Zone at motiongate Dubai, a Hollywood inspired theme park taking shape at Dubais newest leisure and entertainment destination.
The Sony Pictures Studio and Smurfs Zone will contain 12 themed attractions inspired by popular Sony Pictures theatrical releases, including Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs, Hotel Transylvania, Ghostbusters, The Green Hornet, Underworld, Zombieland, in addition to hosting the worlds favourite little blue characters The Smurfs.
