Dylan Massin and Adam Moos have assumed their new roles with immediate effect.
Sony Pictures Television Studios has made key appointments in its production leadership team, with Dylan Massin named as the new Executive Vice President of Production, while Adam Moos, the Senior Vice President of Production, receives a promotion to include the role of Head of Production Operations. Both executives assumed their new positions on January 4, 2024.
Dylan Massin steps into his role following the retirement of Ed Lammi in December after 36 years with the studio. Massin’s responsibilities include overseeing all physical production for the US scripted studio, managing pre-production, budgeting, and post-production teams for development and active production slates. With a team of more than 30 staffers, he reports directly to studio president Katherine Pope.
Massin brings more than 30 years of experience as a producer, with an extensive list of credits including notable shows such as The West Wing, Studio 60 on the Sunset Strip, Pushing Daisies, Parenthood, Gilmore Girls: A Year In The Life, Get Shorty, Good Girls, Your Honor, and Star Trek: Picard. Alongside his producing work, Massin has also directed episodes of both comedy and drama series.
