Glo-TV is available in Nigeria with subscription prices ranging from $0.35 to $7.52.
SPI/FilmBox has partnered with Nigerian operator Globacom to bring nine channels from its portfolio to Nigerian streaming service Glo-TV.
The deal sees channels added to the streamer including FilmBox Africa, FilmBox Action, Dizi, DocuBox, FashionBox, Fast&FunBox, FightBox, Gametoon and 360 TuneBox.
Commenting on the partnership, Georgina Twiss, MD Western Europe and Africa at SPI International, said: “It is great to join Glo-TV’s offering which has been well received in Nigeria, a key market for us and one where I’m sure our channels will flourish. It’s always satisfying to make quality content more accessible in Africa in collaboration with innovative, new players in the region such as Glo-TV.”
Glo-TV subscriptions range from N150 ($0.35) to N3200 ($7.52) for three-day to 30-day packs, respectively.
