TelevisaUnivision, the Spanish-language media powerhouse, has procured the Turkish drama For My Family for distribution on its US Hispanic channel Univision and its OTT platform ViX. The deal was secured by ATV Distribution, a sales agency based in Istanbul that manages international licensing for the series.
Originally known as Kerdeslerim in Turkey, the series was initially broadcast on the Turkish free-to-air network ATV and is produced by NGM Media. The storyline revolves around four siblings who confront the loss of their parents and navigate their journey from poverty to mutual support. Despite facing hardships like homelessness and financial struggles, their unwavering unity becomes the cornerstone of their resilience.
The series has already been aired in multiple countries including Telefe Argentina, TVN Chile, Latina Peru, and TVN Panama. For My Family has garnered acclaim in the Turkish television market as well, with its fourth season set to premiere for local audiences in September.
