TOD has released the first images from its upcoming original series Sorgu. Produced by Karga 7 Pictures and directed by Deniz Yorulmazer, the series features a storyline penned by Nuray Uslu and Milay Ezengin.
Sorgu stars Hazal Kaya, Çağlar Ertuğrul, Boncuk Yılmaz, Melisa Döngel, Deniz Hamzaoğlu, Oktay Çubuk, Kubilay Tunçer, Ebru Aykaç, Burak Hakkı, Ezgi Tombul, Deniz Karaoğlu, Asu Lal Burnak, Zeynep Kızıltan and Şehsuvar Aktaş.
The show challenges viewers with the provocative question, “How many lies does one truth consist of?”
The plot follows Cihan Manoğlu (Hazal Kaya), the sole female officer in the inquiry unit, who discovers her father’s body under suspicious circumstances. Her colleague and fellow investigator, Metin Yazıcı (Çağlar Ertuğrul), is assigned to the case. As they delve deeper into the investigation, hidden truths emerge, putting the intense love between Cihan and Metin to the test. The storyline hints that the murder case might not be as straightforward as it seems, with everyone being a potential suspect.
Sorgu is set to premiere exclusively on TOD and will be available for streaming across the Middle East, North Africa and Turkey soon.
