The show will air on HKTV in Japan and will be dubbed and distributed by Shanghai Cubestar Media, which has been appointed as the exclusive Chinese agent.
Turkish children’s entertainment company Fauna Entertainment’s flagship series, the 3D preschool show Kukuli, has been sold in Hong Kong and China.
HKTV will broadcast the series in Japan, which is already available in more than 80 countries, and Shanghai Cubestar Media will distribute it in China.
Following the adventures of a hyperactive monkey Kukuli and his best friends Tinky and Minky, the show emphasises the importance of enjoying the moment.
Kukuli first launched on YouTube and has since amassed 5m subscribers. It is now available on platforms such as Netflix, Spacetoon, Prime Video, Minika and more in various territories around the world.
