In partnership with Liv, Vox Cinemas has announced another new cinema experience at Mall of the Emirates, Dubai for theatre lovers.
Shortly after the launch of the first interactive film experience at Vox Cinemas in Mall of the Emirates, Dubai, Majid Al Futtaim has now announced the availability of Snow Cinema at Ski Dubai, an indoor ski resort with 22,500 sqm of indoor ski area – the only one in the region at present. Snow Cinema is presently the world’s only movie theatre within an indoor ski resort.
Snow Cinema in partnership with Liv allows guests to experience the movies on the snow-laden slopes of Ski Dubai, crowned the ‘World’s Best Indoor Ski Resort’ for five consecutive years.
Guests are each provided with a beanie, a jacket and trouser, a pair of socks and boots to keep warm, and can snuggle up on lounge-style seating with heaters in front of each seat while watching some of the new releases from Vox Cinemas. An AED 100 ($27) ticket includes a bag of hot popcorn and a signature hot chocolate from Mirzam Chocolate Makers delivered to the seat. Liv customers can enjoy 15% off on offline tickets at Snow Cinema and all Ski Dubai experiences.
An ala carte menu with savoury options, including loaded fries and nachos, gourmet burgers, hotdogs and pasta as well as sweet treats such as Dutch pancakes and crepes are also available to guests.
Snow Cinema is the latest launch from VOX Cinemas, which launched the Middle East’s only operating drive-in cinema in response to the temporary closure of leisure and entertainment venues during the global pandemic.
