Dogra first joined WarnerMedia in 2009 as Director of Mergers and Acquisitions, and rose in the ranks within the department.
Warner Bros. Discovery EMEA President and Managing Director Priya Dogra is set to depart the company after a tenure of nearly 14 years.
Following this transition, the EMEA division will now fall under the direct oversight of Gerhard Zeiler, President of International at Warner Bros. Discovery, with the role previously held by Dogra being dissolved.
Dogra’s departure closely follows the recent exit of Robert Blair, who had served as President of International TV Distribution for 25 years.
Having been an integral part of the company for nearly 14 years, Dogra’s journey has seen her ascend through various positions, including Head of Mergers & Acquisitions for Time Warner, Head of Strategy and Corporate Development for WarnerMedia, and President of WarnerMedia Entertainment Networks EMEA & APAC, prior to multiple mergers.
Operating from London, Dogra also played a key role in the seamless integration and functioning of Discovery and WarnerMedia International divisions across the region. She also assumed responsibility for James Gibbons’ responsibilities in the UK and Ireland.
