Tennant will be based in the London office to maximise communication and operational effectiveness with regional partners.
Warner Bros. Pictures has appointed Toby Tennant as Vice President of EMEA Regional Distribution. He will report to Andrew Cripps, President, International Theatrical Distribution, Warner Bros. Pictures. Tennant will work across both WB affiliate and Licensee territories.
Tennant previously held the position of Vice President, Sales and Distribution EMEA for Walt Disney Company (formerly Twentieth Century Fox International) where he oversaw 42 territories across EMEA.
Tennant joined the Twentieth Century Fox theatrical team in 2000 as a Sales Analyst and worked his way up the roles including Senior Marketing Manager, EMEA Licensee Markets and Director, EMEA Licensees.
Tennant will join Warner Bros. from March 9 with a responsibility to optimise theatrical releases, drive theatrical sales strategy and grow opportunities for the upcoming Warner Bros. slate, which includes Wonder Woman 1984, Christopher Nolan’s Tenet and Roald Dahl’s The Witches.
