Ehrman will report to Michael DeLuca and Pamela Abdy, co-chairs and CEOs, Warner Bros. Pictures Group.
Warner Bros. Pictures has promoted longtime executive Jesse Ehrman to the president of production and development.
Ehrman takes over the role vacated by Courtenay Valenti.
The studio has also upped Cate Adams, Peter Dodd and Sheila Walcott to SVP Production, Warner Bros Pictures.
Additionally, studio veteran Kevin McCormick will continue in his role as EVP of Production, working closely with Ehrman.
Ehrman has been with the studio for 16 years and has worked on the Hangover trilogy, Space Jam 2, Ready Player One and Ocean’s 8. In his new position, Ehrman will oversee Warners’ live-action development team and budget, working closely with Warners film bosses Michael DeLuca and Pamela Abdy on the studio’s overall slate development. He most recently held the title of executive vice president of production.
Adams has been with Warner Bros Pictures Group for more than a decade, and has worked on The Nice Guys, Meg, Tomb Raider and The Witches. Prior to joining the studio, Adams started her career with turns at Lynda Obst Productions, Emjag Productions and BermanBraun.
Dodd joined Warner Bros Pictures in 2018 as VP of Creative Development and has overseen production on a number of films including Oscar winner King Richard, Reminiscence and A Christmas Story Christmas. T
Walcott worked at Warner Bros Pictures from 2017-2020 and returned in January 2022 as VP of Creative Development. He has also served as head of TV/Film at Malcom D. Lee’s Blackmaled Productions, having started her career at Overbrook Entertainment.
