WAVO, which provides entertainment from content creators such as HBO, Disney, Universal and more, will now be available to millions as a pre-loaded application on the LG content store.
WAVO, OSN’s premium streaming platform, has announced its partnership with LG Electronics, enabling viewers to stream content from global studios on all LG Smart TVs in various markets across the Levant and Gulf regions.
WAVO’s streaming library boasts thousands of hours of movies and shows featuring content such as HBO’s Game of Thrones, Chernobyl, Killing Eve, His Dark Materials, Jett, and Gentlemen Jack. The extensive library also includes a collection of the latest Arabic and Turkish series.
Viewers have the option to discover WAVO’s ad-free content through different touchpoints including the Launcher Bar, App Wedge and the Featured App section. Moreover, the 2019 LG models will enable direct access to the platform on remote controls via the Movies Button function.
The streaming platform will be available on LG smart TV sets in 13 countries across the Middle East which include Algeria, Bahrain, Egypt, Iraq, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Morocco, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, UAE and Yemen.
