Weyyak, Zee Entertainment’s Arabic Video-On-Demand streaming platform, has announced a lineup of new series for users to watch during Ramadan.
This year’s highlight on the Weyyak VOD platform will be Syrian, Egyptian, and Khaleeji dramas.
Al-Kandoush season two will continue with Azmi Bey (Ayman Zidan), who is haunted by problems and doubts. The blind spot by Ayten Amer will illustrate the story of a young woman who loses everything she has because of her past. Ala Qayd Al Hob is a Syrian drama that will bring together Syrian artists Duraid Lahham and Osama Al Romani back again after 40 years. Kayd Al Hareem will highlight the first collaboration of the Egyptian artist Rogina in Khaleeji content. Whatiqat Sharaf and The frog are two Syrian Originals of Weyyak that will feature Arab talent.
Weyyak’s library of Indian Originals will include Mann Ana? season two, Sadiqi … Adowi, Fel Intidar al Awda, Mouhaqiq bi Aqliyat Moujrim season two, Ribat al Hob – Al Qadar, and Tahta Al Matar, among many others.
Apart from the dramas, Weyyak will also stream cooking shows by some of the most skilled chefs of the Arab and Western world. The shows include Safra wa Soufra, Layla Andi Bel Bait, Baytak W Matbakhak, The Urban Cook, The Bakers Table, and Iftar Pinar by Manal Al Alem.
