Yahlive has signed a deal with See Africa Benin to bring on board 42 new African channels (mostly French language), including 25 channels that are exclusive to the operator. The signing ceremony, held at Cabsat 2018, saw the two entities join together to launch their entry into the African segment. With focus mainly on the UAE, Maghreb and KSA, the channels will be free-to-air till early 2019, and will be followed by an introduction of pay TV for exclusive channels.
Aiming to generate awareness among African viewers, the collaboration is intended to enhance the viewer experience for the African community and broaden the segments channel bouquet.
