Tickets are available at the box office in Zawya or online from the website.
Zawya Short Film Festival has returned for its seventh edition, which will take place from May 3 to 6, 2023.
A total of 31 short films will be screened at the film festival, selected from 300 submissions.
Since its establishment in 2015, Zawya Short Film Festival screens short films made by Egyptian directors or directors residing in Egypt.
The screenings will be followed by a discussion with the filmmakers, moderated by critic and programmer Ahmed Refaat.
The selected films will be screened every day at 7 PM, from May 3 to 6, and then again from May 7 to 10.
The participating films will compete for four awards including the Best Film Award, Best Director Award, Jury Award and Audience Award.
