BeOnAIR is suited for any type of mobile use, allowing users to stream and store live interviews and events and forward recorded content from anywhere.
Aviwest, a provider of video contribution systems, has announced BeOnAIR, an all-in-one live streaming package that promises to enable video professionals to produce, transmit, and distribute superior-quality, low-latency video content over aggregated cellular, Wi-Fi, and public IP networks.
BeOnAIR is suited for any type of mobile use, allowing users to stream and store live interviews and events and forward recorded content from anywhere.
Aviwest’s BeOnAIR solution is composed of the company’s ultra-compact bonded cellular AIR220 transmitter, its MojoPro mobile app, and a cloud receiver and distribution gateway service with unlimited data traffic.
BeOnAIR offers a large set of interfaces and functionalities, including live and auto-record, forward, progressive store and forward, four audio channels, and multiple streaming protocols (RTMP, RTSP, SRT, SST, TS, and HLS).
Using BeOnAIR, operators can simultaneously share content to a worldwide audience across multiple online media and social networks, such as Twitter, YouTube, and Twitch.
Leveraging Aviwest’s Emmy Award-winning SST aggregation technology, BeOnAIR aims to make live video transmission delivery reliable and robust, with low latency (down to 800 ms) even in the most challenging IP connectivity environments.
Commenting on the solution, Ronan Poullaouec, chief technology officer at Aviwest said: “Featuring a state-of-the-art video encoder, BeOnAIR enables professionals to provide seamless, high-quality live coverage and create outstanding video stories on the move in the easiest and the most efficient way possible. With BeOnAIR, video operators can pay more attention to the content creation process rather than wasting their time stressing about the system setup and the network quality.”
