Canon Middle East will unveil the C300 cinema EOS system in the Middle East market for the first time at CABSAT.
The Cinema EOS System is touted to mark the beginning of a whole new system for the motion picture industry.
Speaking about the launch, Hendrik Verbrugghe, marketing director of Canon Middle East said: The launch of the Cinema EOS System in the Middle East has been highly anticipated by the regions media production professionals and enthusiasts, since the new motion picture camera was announced at Hollywood in November last year. It has got great image processing and lenses re-imagined to tailor the experience to suit the demands of a cinematographer. Its a game changer for the entire Middle Eastern film production industry, another exciting innovation from Canon.
The first model to debut under this system is the EOS C300 camera, with a super 35mm CMOS sensor and Interchangeable lens system. CABSAT visitors will have the first opportunity to touch, try and evaluate the C300 and the creative opportunity it offers for both film professionals and enthusiasts.
Another impressive feature which has wowed cinematographers is the EOS C300s ergonomic design which takes into account various shooting scenarios, and can accommodate situations where every last inch of manoeuvrability counts, Verbrugghe added.
At CABSAT, Canon Middle East will showcase its capabilities in the broadcast industry, with the range of range of products, such as the XA10, 5D MKII, XF Series, C300 and range of Lenses. In addition, this would also be a first opportunity for film and digital media consumers to touch and try the EOS 1DX DSLR.
