Speaking about the full production status, Nigel Spratling, VP of Production Switchers and Servers for Ross Video said: Sometimes we are so close to products that its hard to see the scale of what we are achieving. But when I step back and look at what our team has accomplished with Carbonite Ultra, it is nothing short of remarkable. The production switcher power in this device is truly amazing, especially at this size and price point.
Within an entirely-new 1RU chassis, Carbonite Ultra provides 24-inputs, 14-outputs and an improved version of the flexible Carbonite feature set at a starting price of USD 10,900. Built on Ross Videos software-defined production philosophy, Carbonite Ultra can adapt to a variety of production applications. Carbonite Ultra is configurable with 1-3 MEs, a complete I/O signal-processing toolkit and comprehensive MultiViewer monitoring resources.
