The latest generation in Windows 10 look & feel has been comprehensively redesigned with ergonomic user interfaces. The CreateCtrl Suite 10 presents numerous expanded functionalities for managing and billing licences, as well as new features for Video on Demand (VoD) applications. Content metadata and related contract data can be retrieved intuitively and more quickly than ever before. This means that customers can keep a constant overview of related titles and planning data.
Optimised workflows for managing licensing rights provide greater speed and higher quality in the planning process by mapping out various parameters including broadcasting area, language or VoD type in a multidimensional licensing rights matrix.
Furthermore, the company has expanded the opportunities for collaboration with solutions of third-party providers. In the new version, importing production companys music cues, as well as reporting license fees to collecting societies can be automated: Via CreateCtrls WebAPI, exchanging metadata with external systems is realized in real time. Through the use of numerous wizards, reports can be created at the push of a button and analyzed contextually.

The CreateCtrl Suite 10 provides a tool kit for a range of applications. The core of the software consists of the asset management system ContentExplorer 10, which enables management of media content, contracts and licenses, as well as the handling of workflows. The software can also be expanded to meet individual needs using additional components, such as Scheme 10 and Programmer 10 for strategic and license-orientated program planning respectively, as well as Planner 10 for day-to-day scheduling. CreateCtrl also offers the application Campaigns as an extension, which enables campaigns and on-air promotions in linear TV to be planned and managed seamlessly.
