At this years CABSAT, Qvest Media will present upcoming global technology trends such as artificial intelligence for media analysis and cloud-based playout solutions. In addition, Qvest Medias stand is again the technology hub for selected partners and co-exhibitors from the industry, including Arvato Systems, HMS and MediaGeniX.
The SI will share insights from its strategic media and technology consulting, systems integration and support business. One of the main topics are the benefits of Qvest Medias new media intelligence system: visitors can discover the full potential of artificial intelligence in the analysis of media content and learn about the extensive impact of digital transformation. Further, the company will talk about its practical experiences and future challenges in building IP-based media infrastructures. Another topic will be the shift from CAPEX- to OPEX-based business models using Qvest Medias new managed technology approach.
At Qvest Medias stand, selected partners will also showcase their latest digital products and technology solutions. Arvato Systems will present their dynamic and easy-to-use IT solutions for the broadcasting and media industry. Their portfolio addresses a wide range of challenges for the usage, management, production, distribution, and monetisation of content via different media channels.
HMS will show the DiSA channel-in-a-box automation solution that uses a software-defined infrastructure approach for shifting important broadcast automation processes to the cloud. The service-based system includes modules like ingest, MAM, schedule, playout and distribution in a virtualised environment.
MediaGeniX will introduce WHATS’On at CABSAT an extensive, integrated software suite that is the backbone of the enterprise-wide broadcast management process. With WHATSOn, users can manage the workflow and lifecycle of content scheduled across linear and on-demand services, from the budgeted idea to and beyond playout or VOD publication, including rights monitoring and reporting.
