ACC announces winners of Critics Awards for Arab Films at Cannes

This year’s edition of the awards focused on Arab-language films that premiered on the festival circuit outside of the Arab world in 2022.
The episode will be streamed on July 9 at 10 pm UAE time across the Arab Cinema Center’s social media accounts.
This is the first time in the history of Arab cinema, that 141 prominent Arab and international film critics from 57 countries have come together to be part of a jury committee.
The award, which will be presented by The Hollywood Reporter, recognises Latiri’s contribution to developing Tunisia’s film industry.
The inaugural award will be announced at the 2019 Cairo International Film Festival in November.
