Ross Niebergall will serve as President of the Aerojet Rocketdyne segment at L3Harris.
The acquisition of Aerojet will continue L3Harris expansion in the defence and space sectors following the 2019 merger of L3 Technologies and Harris Corp.
The decision comes less than three weeks after the Federal Trade Commission filed a lawsuit to block the acquisition.
