‘I Promise You Paradise’, Morad Mostafa’s refugee drama has made history at the Cannes Film Festival.
To be eligible for submission, which ends on August 7, projects must be directed by filmmakers of Arab nationality or origin.
The award-winning films will be screened the day after the closing ceremony, November 23.
The submissions for the 44th edition will officially open on May 15 and close on August 15.
The festival will take place under the supervision of Minister of Culture Inas Abdel Dayem.
