Under the agreement, the companies will use Palantir software to develop a digital twin, or software-based model, of the Starlab station.
The station features a large habitation and laboratory module with a smaller service module attached to it for power and propulsion.
The joint venture builds upon an agreement announced in January where Voyager selected Airbus to provide technical support for the proposed station.
Nanoracks will be the prime contractor with Voyager handling strategy and investment and Lockheed serving as the manufacturer and technical integrator.
