The NRO created the contract vehicle, Streamlined Launch Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity Contract, to procure commercial launch services for its more risk-tolerant missions.
The deal will expand the company’s operations in the Middle East through a joint-venture office based within MMC’s headquarters in Abu Dhabi.
