Inmarsat has expanded Fleet Xpress agreements with Navmont to extend connectivity, cyber security, maintenance and IoT-based enablement services fleet-wide.
The agreement will enable ship owners collecting data through the Inmarsat Fleet Data service to have access to advanced data analysis, performance evaluation and predictive services.
GX5 is scheduled to enter commercial service in early 2020, with additional seven GX payloads scheduled to launch over the next four years.
