The Hakuto-R Mission 1 spacecraft attempted an intricate Moon landing sequence that included reducing speed and altitude significantly in minutes.
Rashid Rover is currently orbiting the Moon onboard the HAKUTO-R Mission 1 Lunar Lander.
The mission will also see the first spacecraft funded and built by a private Japanese firm to land on the moon.
