The work-in-progress copies of the seven selected films will play to producers, buyers, distributors, post-production companies and festival programmers.
A panel of international experts will be hosted by the Saudi Film Commission to discuss the challenges of distributing content in languages other than English.
The juries are appointed for the Venezia 80 Competition, for Orizzonti and the “Luigi De Laurentiis” Venice Award for a Debut Film.
The programme will run as part of the Venice International Film Festival’s Venice Production Bridge.
