Participants will be able to tour the Mohammed Bin Rashid Space Centre's space facilities in addition to attending workshops.
The six-man crew will conduct over 70 experiments during the mission.
Five entries from four UAE universities in the fields of physiology, psychology and biology are also part of the experiments.
The analog mission is also part of the space exploration strategy that NASA had enlisted as part of the Human Research Programme.
Under the French-Emirati cooperation initiative, the French space agency will provide MBRSC with CASPEX cameras for the Rashid Rover.
