Al Dossari has held several prominent roles in the media and was the editor-in-chief of Asharq al Awsat from 2014 to 2016.
The agreement includes the establishment of official headquarters for Sputnik in Saudi Arabia and comes on the sidelines of Russian President Putin's recent visit to the Kingdom.
