Submissions for the Pitch the Project Award are open until April 15, while entries for the Book Trailer Award will be accepted until April 21.
The panel discussion during second Sharjah Animation Conference stresses the need for championing diverse content by creating creative opportunities for talent across Africa.
The conference will feature 32 international speakers, offer 11 workshops, and facilitate 18 panel discussions.
In addition to the workshops, the SAC will provide attendees with the opportunity to connect, collaborate, and exchange ideas with animation enthusiasts and professionals from around the world.
The event will host masterclasses, workshops, film screenings, business networking meetings between publishers and producers, and in-person interactions with the top brass of the world of animation.

The animation festival will be held on the sidelines of the Sharjah Children’s Reading Festival, from May 3 - 5, in Expo Centre Sharjah.
