Shearer has been with Sony for nearly 30 years, joining the studio in 1996 as director of internal audit for Sony Corporation of America.
Prior to joining Sony in 2016, Grant worked at Rubenstein Communications, where she repped New York institutions and clients across film, television and arts.
Ahuja will also continue to oversee the company’s TV business in his elevated role.
Ahuja was previously President of Business Operations and CFO at Walt Disney Television and CFO of Fox Networks Group.
