The festival will feature a curated lineup of 10 European films, presented in collaboration with the embassies and cultural institutes of EU member states.
Participants discuss challenges and opportunities within the national film industry.
The programme comprises two 10-day workshops, each geared to different aspects of the art and production processes.
The deadline for the aspiring participants to submit their work for the programme is October 9, 2021.
The two-day workshop took attendees through the entire process of filmmaking, with a special focus on planning budgets, identifying locations, scheduling, choosing equipment and production team among others.
Due to Covid-19 regulations and for the safety of attendees, six classes were offered each day with a maximum of 10 attendees per class.
Following the training session, each participant of the show was provided with a Sennheiser XS Wireless Digital and HD 300 PRO bundle.
The workshop, which took place at Abu Dhabi Global Market, was organised with the aim of shedding light on the UAE Space Investment Promotion Plan.
The workshop was attended by over 80 people from all over the UAE and one lucky winner was awarded a DJI Mavic Mini Combo.
